Basmeh is a GPS-based staff attendance app: employees clock in and out only when they are physically inside the workplace radius set by their administrator.

Admins share a company name and a 6-digit invite code. Employees open Basmeh, tap “I’m an Employee”, enter the company name and code, choose their name, and set a password. No email account is needed for employees.
Clock-in requires you to be inside the workplace radius your admin configured, and requires location permission to be allowed. Tap “Check location”, make sure you are on site, and allow the location prompt. If your GPS reading is weak, move to open sky and try again.
Each employee is bound to one phone to prevent account sharing. As an admin, open the Employees list and tap the phone icon next to the employee to unbind them, so they can sign in on a new device.
The first month is free with unlimited employees. After that, up to 2 employees are free; larger teams choose a plan (10 to 500 employees, monthly or annual) purchased through the App Store. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
Basmeh reads your location only at the moment you clock in or out, to verify workplace presence. See our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data or use it for tracking or ads.
