Privacy Policy – Mandoob Express

Mandoob Express ("we", "our", "the app") is a delivery management platform operating in Jordan. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: username, full name, phone number, city, role (merchant / driver / admin), and for merchants: store name and address.
• Shipment data: customer names, phone numbers, pickup and destination addresses, item descriptions, and delivery fees — entered by merchants to create shipments.
• Usage data: shipment status updates and timestamps generated while drivers complete deliveries.
• Camera access: used only to scan shipment tracking labels. Images are processed on-device and are not stored or transmitted.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Enable delivery operations between merchants, drivers, and customers.
• Track shipment status and maintain delivery history.
• Calculate payments and settle accounts between merchants and the company.
• Provide customer support.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Access is restricted by role-based permissions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

Shipment details are shared only with the parties involved in the delivery (merchant, assigned driver, warehouse admin). We do not share user data with external parties except as required by Jordanian law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and shipment data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Accounts are created and managed by an admin; contact your admin or email us to request changes.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
